Privacy policy

How we handle your data.

This policy applies to visitors of liviton-holding.com and covers what we collect, why, and what rights you have over it.

1. Data controller

Liviton Holding Co., Ltd., 21/8, Moo 4, Tambon Cherngtalay, Amphoe Thalang, Phuket 83110, Thailand, is the data controller responsible for the personal data processed through this website. Contact: philipp@liviton-holding.com.

2. What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, and the content of your message, including any interest category you select. With your consent, given through the cookie banner shown on this site, we also use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website usage, such as which pages are visited and how many people visit. Google Analytics does not store your full IP address as part of this.

3. Why we process it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, for example about property management, a development partnership, furnishing, brokerage, or construction. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.

4. How long we keep it

We retain contact form submissions only for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and delete or anonymise them when no longer needed, unless a longer period is required by Thai law.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, email hosting), bound to confidentiality, and only to the extent necessary. Where you consent to analytics cookies, aggregate usage data is also processed by Google Analytics, which may process data outside Thailand under Google's own data protection terms.

6. Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and the GDPR where it applies to you, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact philipp@liviton-holding.com.

7. Cookies

This website uses cookies strictly necessary for it to function, and, only after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit, analytics cookies from Google Analytics. You can decline analytics cookies at any time in that banner, and doing so does not affect your ability to browse the site or use the contact form. You can also clear your cookies or browser storage at any time to withdraw consent already given.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business or applicable law changes. The current version always applies, dated below.
